DPI was established in 1981 by Michel Robert, acclaimed management expert and bestselling business author. Having worked with and observed the critical thinking skills of successful CEOs and management teams for many years, Mike and his team decided to codify these thinking skills into robust, proven processes. For 35 years DPI have worked with over 3000 companies worldwide, imparting strategic thinking processes that allowed them to gain control over their competition for the long term.

John Acton, Managing Partner for DPI Europe was initially a client of DPI’s. In his role as Executive Vice President for the DPD Group, John worked with DPI in 2005, 2008 and 2011. DPI introduced John to an alternative approach to consulting. It was an approach that he liked so much that he bought the company…well, the European arm!
