Nigel has 30 years experience of providing consultancy and resource management services to the IT industry.

Nigel has worked at senior management and main board level, established a number of successful start-ups, turned around failing organisations and worked as an industry consultant.  He has been involved in Corporate Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Key Account Sales, Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategies and Training & Development.

An intrinsic element of Nigel’s work has been to write and deliver national training programmes involving hundreds of people at all levels. He has also worked as a one-to-one coach and is a practitioner of NLP.

In 2014, Nigel was introduced to DPI’s unique approach to Strategic Thinking by John Acton the Managing Partner of DPI-Europe.  Having witnessed first hand the difficulties of using traditional external consultants to create a strategy for you and the limitations of devising a strategy internally unaided, Nigel believed DPI provided an excellent alternative solution and subsequently joined the company.
